Recovery . . . : Use the Dedicated Service Tools to stop checksum protection.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Checksum protection is not supported in release &2 of i5/OS. It must be stopped before disk preparation can complete. The system cannot complete disk preparation while checksum is active.
