Profile &1 must be started if it has not been started already.

Cause . . . . . : Profile &1 was specified to be used as an internet service provider. If this profile has not been started, you must start it now or when TCP/IP is started in order for it to be used by remote systems or partitions.
Recovery . . . : Start the profile if it has not been started already or change the profile to start when TCP/IP is started.
