TCP/IP not started, TCP/IP work stations on line &1 not contacted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : TCP/IP is not started on the local system. The connection cannot be established to the TCP/IP supported work stations on line &1 using Twinaxial Data Link Control (TDLC) support.
Recovery . . . : On the local system, start TCP/IP (STRTCP command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : TCP/IP must be active before data can be sent to the TCP/IP supported work stations attached on line &1.
