CPIB692: User &1 encountered Kerberos error &2 connecting through IBM i NetServer.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The indicated user attempted to connect through IBM i Support for Windows Network Neighborhood (IBM i NetServer) with a Kerberos ticket, however, the user could not be authenticated.
If the user name is followed by a different name in parenthesis, then the name in parenthesis is the actual user profile name being mapped to.
This message is sent as a WinPopUp network message. Common error codes and their meanings follow:
4 - No mapping exists from the Kerberos principal to the user profile.
6 - The user profile that the Kerberos principal maps to does not exist.
10000 - An unsupported security mechanism was specified in the Kerberos token.
90000 - Consistency checks on the Kerberos token failed.
D0000 - A general GSS error occurred.
Recovery . . . : Complete recovery for the specified error code.
4 - Verify that an Enterprise Identity Mapping (EIM) exists between the Kerberos principal and the user profile.
6 - Verify that the user profile specified in the EIM principal mapping exists on the System i5.
For all other error codes, notify your network administrator.
For this message to be correctly seen on the client initiating the connection request, then the following two must hold:
- The message logging severity of the QZLSSERVER job must be non-zero when it starts AND less than or equal to the severity of this message. In order to change message logging severity for the next time the QZLSSERVER job starts, you must change the value in the QZLSSERVER job description using the Change Job Description (CHGJOBD) command. When IBM i NetServer is restarted, this new value will take effect.
- The Messenger service must be started on the client.
