Data queue &1 in library &2 deregistered for Management Central events.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while sending a Management Central event notification to data queue &1 in library &2. This error prevented the notification from being sent. The data queue is automatically deregistered to stop further errors from occurring.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error with the data queue and register the data queue again. More error information can be found in the QYPSSRV or QYPSJSRV job logs.
