QIPX job could not inform user job of circuit status.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The QIPX job is attempting to communicate with job, &1/&2/&3, that originated the Start IPX circuit (STRIPXCCT) CL command or the End IPX circuit (ENDIPXCCT) CL command. However, the originating job may no longer be active.
Recovery . . . : See previous messages to determine the status of the circuit.
