IPX circuit service added, but has subsequently been removed.

Cause . . . . . : IPX circuit service identified by circuit &1, service name &2, and service type &3 was added, but has subsequently been removed by another user before the circuit service list could be updated.
Recovery . . . : Use the Add Circuit Service (ADDCCTSRV) CL command to add the circuit service again.
