Message : CPP0653
Device switched on I/O processor &26 without reset.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device was switched to a different device type without doing a reset to the Tape I/O Processor &26.
Recovery . . . : If the tape device has an associated controller description, do the following to reset the Tape I/O Processor:
1) Find the name of the tape controller by using the
WRKCFGSTS command, specifying *CTL.
2) Select vary off for the tape controller.
3) Select vary on for the tape controller, prompt for additional
parameters and specify *YES for the RESET parameter.

If the tape device does not have an associated controller
description, do the following to reset the Tape I/O Processor:
1) Find the name of the tape device by using the
WRKCFGSTS command, specifying *DEV.
2) Select vary off for the tape device.
3) Select vary on for the tape device, prompt for additional
parameters and specify *YES for the RESET parameter.

If the problem continues, press F14 to work with the problem.
