APPN session initiation attempt has failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to select a device description for an APPN session initiation has failed. The session from location &5 to location &4 in network &6 using mode &7 could not be started. A failure condition was detected. The problem identifier is &2. The error log identifier associated with this problem is &3.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run problem analysis. The problem analysis procedure will give a detailed description of the problem. Additional information for solving the problem and suggested recovery actions will be provided. After the problem has been analyzed and corrective actions have been taken, the user that experienced the problem should be instructed to try the request again.
