MLB &37 is in pause mode because of a library equipment check.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The library manager has detected an unrecoverable error, which caused the library manager to automatically enter the pause state.

Recovery . . . : It may be possible to operate the library in manual mode until the error condition is corrected. Refer to the Advanced Operating Procedures section of the IBM 3494 Tape Library Dataserver Operator's Guide (GA32-0280) for instructions on using manual mode.
