Tape with excessive error rate was mounted in tape device &25.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Tape device &25 has detected that tape cartridge &37 has a history of excessive read and write errors. The tape cartridge should be replaced. Copy the data from tape cartridge &37 to another cartridge.

Recovery . . . : Press F14 to work with the problem.
