*Attention* A tape media or tape unit &25 failure was detected.

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred during a read or write operation that can be caused by either defective tape media or the tape unit.
Recovery . . . :
Use the VFYTAP command and use the Basic R/W test (or other available diagnostic tests) to isolate the cause of the problem.

If the problem is isolated to a hardware failure, press F14 and report the problem.
