Cause . . . . . : An excessive number of recovered interface errors, or device time-out errors have occurred.
The tape unit &25 is working and operational.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 and report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The system detected an I/O failure, retried the operation, and successfully recovered from the failure. Tape unit &25 (resource &28) is attached to IOA resource &27.
