The disk units on IOP &26 are not in the expected configuration.

Cause . . . . . : IOP &26 has detected a hardware configuration problem. Physical locations of the disk units on the IOP have changed and do not match the expected configuration.
Recovery . . . : Move the device or devices back to the correct locations. See the hard copy problem analysis guide for more information.
