The maximum supported number of functional arrays already exist on IOP &26.

Cause . . . . . : The maximum supported number of functional arrays already exist on IOP &26. The IOP has detected devices which form more arrays than the IOP supports.
Recovery . . . : You need to reduce the number of arrays on IOP &26. You need to either move all the devices which form one of the arrays over to another IOP which supports arrays or stop an array on this IOP.
