SPCN command contained an incorrect address.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An SPCN command from the 9406 was sent with a rack address of 0 and a unit address of 1-E, or a unit address of D or E. The failing unit is located in rack &37 and is connected to SPCN port &38. The Unit Reference Code for this problem is &33 and the Error Log ID is &22.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run Problem Analysis.
