DC Bulk Module 2 Fault

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The DC power-supply in position two of the 9406 system unit has detected a fault condition. The most probable cause is the bulk, but the other dc bulk modules can also cause this fault. The failing unit is located in rack &37 and is connected to SPCN port &38. The Unit Reference Code for this problem is &33 and the Error Log ID is &22.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run Problem Analysis.
