Load damaged and LID not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Licensed Internal Code in the primary SPCN node is damaged. New code can't be loaded because the correct LID can not be found. The reporting unit is located in rack &37 and is connected to SPCN port &38. The Unit Reference Code is &33 and the Error Log ID is &22.
Recovery . . . : This is logged for information only. No action is required.
