Service processor power-on or auto power restart failure

Cause . . . . . : An attempt has been made to power on the control panel by a service processor power on with the control panel key in the secure or the manual position. To correct the problem, set the control panel key to the normal or the automatic position and retry the service processor power on if necessary.
