IOP &26 has detected a hardware configuration problem.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The IOP and attached cache adaptor card data are not compatible. The cache adaptor card was removed and replaced with a different cache adaptor card.
Recovery . . . : The cache adaptor card should be replaced with the correct cache adaptor card if possible. See the hard copy problem analysis guide for more information.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Information on the cache adaptor card does not correspond with information on the IOP. Customer data may be involved.
