IDLC frame retry limit reached on line &23, network interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- IDLCFRMRTY value in the CRTLINIDLC command.
-- IDLCRSPTMR value in the CRTCTL____ command.
-- The ISDN network may not be working correctly.
-- Data link or remote data communications equipment.
-- ISDN physical interface.

Recovery . . . : Varying off line &23 and then varying it back on again after increasing the IDLCFRMRTY value or IDLCRSPTMR value may resolve the problem. If you suspect ISDN network problems, consult your local ISDN network provider. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem to your hardware service provider.
