Failure during vary on of Network Interface &30

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The attempt to vary on a Network Interface failed because of a Network Interface Description configuration error. A Service Profile Identifier (SPID) is specified, but the corresponding Local Number parameter (LCLNBR) is *NONE or *CNNL.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the Network Interface. Use the CHGNWIISDN command to select a specific local number for each Service Profile Identifier.
