*Attention* Unable to establish a network link on Ethernet line &23

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the error:
-- The Ethernet external cable may not be attached to the Ethernet adapter card or to the network device.
-- The line may be configured for 10M/100M bits per second, and the network will only support 1G bits per second.
-- The line may be configured for 1G bits per second, and the network will only support 10M/100M bits per second.
-- The line may be configured for Full Duplex, and the network will only support Half Duplex.
Recovery . . . :
-- Make sure the Ethernet cable is attached to the Ethernet adapter card and a network device.
-- Verify that the line configuration matches the network's supported line speed and duplex mode.
-- If the line is configured correctly, press F14 to report the problem to your Hardware Service Provider.
