You cannot use this file in UPDATE mode.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file you are using has no update capabilities, therefore DFU does not allow UPDATE mode. If you cannot change existing records, then UPDATE mode has no function.
Recovery . . . : DFU will continue to run, but it will disallow UPDATE mode. No action required. If you want to use UPDATE mode, then a new file must be defined which has update capability.
