Library &2 is locked, so it cannot be allocated.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : DFU cannot allocate the library because it is locked.
Recovery . . . : Submit the ALCOBJ command to allocate the library. When the library is allocated, submit the command again. When the function is complete, submit the DLCOBJ command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The library referenced in the command for the program is locked. Monitoring for exception CPF6457. Use DSPMSGD for CPF6457 for details.
