Cause . . . . . : Non-numeric data is entered to numeric portion of a concatenated field. You can change your input or press Enter, F6, F9, F10, F11 or F14 to confirm data to be written to the file. Data Management will do data conversion if possible. If the concatenated field is a key, you may not be able to retrieve the record.
Recovery . . . : You can change your input or press Enter, F6, F9, F10, F11 or F14 to confirm data to be written to the file.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When non-numeric data is entered to numeric portion of a concatenated field, database management will attempt to convert it to its original data type. If it fails, invalid data might be written to the file. As a result, if the concatenated field is a key, the record cannot be retrieved.
