Unable to add record at relative record number &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : DFU was unable to add the record in member &1 of file &2 in library &3 because a deleted record does not exist at relative record number &4.
Recovery . . . : To add/insert a new record at &4 you must first initialize the member &1 with deleted records up to relative record number &4.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : In a delete capable file, DFU can only add or insert a record at a relative record number which contains a deleted record. Use the INZPFM command to initialize the member &1 with deleted records.
