A record already exists at relative record number &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The record was not inserted or added because the record at relative record number &4 in member &1 of file &2 in library &3 already exists.
Recovery . . . : Enter a relative record number of a record that does not exist.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An attempt was made to add/insert a record in a non-delete capable file at a relative record number which has an existing record. Available records are records that were initialized to blanks or default values.
