Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Opening member &1 of file &2 in library &3 with UPDPROD(*NO) is invalid.
Recovery . . . : Change the UPDPROD parameter to *YES, or override the file with INHWRT(*YES) specified. Submit the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An open was attempted of a production file in debug mode with UPDPROD(*NO) specified. Exception CPF4203
