Program &1 may display unreadable characters.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Program &1 in library &2 contains double byte characters that can only be displayed on double byte character set capable work stations.
Recovery . . . : Use a double byte character set capable work station.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The program will be presenting double byte characters which are not displayed properly on work stations which are not double byte character set capable work stations.
