Program &1 in library &2 can not be found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The program could not be found in the specified library.
Recovery . . . : Check for one or all of the following:
A correct library name.
A correct program name.
The source program must be compiled before running the Debug Tool.
The compiler may not have created the program object. Make sure the compiler options are correct. Compile the program again. If the problem continues, call your IBM service representative.
