Field position on force extension not the same as on the previous force.

Cause . . . . . : The entries in columns 9-12 and 13-16 of the force extension are not the same as the entries in columns 9-12 and 13-16 on the previous force.
Recovery . . . : Change either field position entry. Resubmit the request.
