Socket error detected by directory server.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server detected error &5 (&6) attempting to use a communications socket.
Recovery . . . : Display message description CPE&5 for additional information. The server may be restarted using System i Navigator or by using the STRTCPSVR SERVER(*DIRSRV) command. If the problem continues to occur, contact your service representative.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error 3420 may be caused by an attempt to use a socket port that is already in use. Use the NETSTAT command with option 3 to see the list of ports in use.
Additional reason code is &4.
1: Socket create error.
2: Socket bind error.
3: Socket listen error.
If applicable, the error occurred for Internet Protocol (IP) address &7 port &8. If the value of the IP address is *ALL, all IP addresses were being used, otherwise the IP address must be expressed in standard numeric dotted-decimal form and must be defined on the system (use the CL command CFGTCP to work with TCP/IP interfaces). Use System i Navigator to change the Directory server network connection information if the IP address or port is not correct.
