Directory server instance &1 already started or ended.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server instance &1 is either already started or has already been ended.
Recovery . . . : No action will be taken.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An attempt was made to start the directory server instance &1 while the server was already active, or an attempt was made to end the directory server instance &1 while it was already inactive.
