Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The start or end of a directory server instance &1 failed.
Recovery . . . : Make sure the QSYSWRK subsystem is active. Check that the user profile running the request has *R authority to the /QIBM/UserData/OS400/DirSrv/idsinstinfo/idsinstances.ldif file using the DSPAUT command.
