Transaction error for directory server.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server detected an error using transactions. The reason code is &4. See the technical description of this message for reason code descriptions.
Recovery . . . : Correct the client code that generated this error.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The reason codes are as follows:
1: Transaction not supported on a replica server.
2: Cannot issue an unbind operation within a transaction.
3: Multiple start transactions were issued within a transaction which is not allowed.
4: An extended operation was sent within a start transaction which is not allowed.
