Administrator DN not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The administrator distinguished name (DN) of a directory object that has access to all objects in a directory includes a character that is not UCS-2 (CCSID 13488) or the administrator DN has been specified with a length that is not valid. The length cannot be zero, negative or go outside the user space.
Recovery . . . : Specify the administrator DN using UCS-2 (CCSID 13488) or correct the length of the administrator DN.
