Entry does not have a parent entry.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server could not find a parent entry for distinguished name '&4' in the database.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
1 - Make sure that an entry exists with a distinguished name equivalent to the parent part of the entry you are adding.
2 - Make sure that an entry exists with a distinguished name equivalent to each suffix you have specified in your configuration.
3 - Change the distinguished name associated with the entry you are adding so that it contains a parent distinguished name that exists and try the operation again.
If the problem continues to occur, contact your service representative.
