Entry violates the schema configuration.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server could not add the entry '&4' because one or more attributes in the request violate the schema configuration.
Recovery . . . : Correct the attributes to match the schema or make changes to the schema and submit the request again.
An application such as the IBM Tivoli Directory Server Web Administration Tool can be used to verify the schema configuration.
