Validation list entry error occurred.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server encountered an error when trying to perform an operation on an entry in validation list &5 in library &6. The operation type was &7. The operation types are defined as follows:
1 = add an entry to the validation list
2 = delete an entry from the validation list
3 = find an entry in the validation list
The specific error that occurred was &4. Display message CPE&4 in message file QCPFMSG for additional information. The Display Message Description (DSPMSG) command can be used to display this message.
