A thread error occurred with reason code &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server could not perform the requested operation because a thread error occurred with reason code &4.
Reason codes are as follows:
1 - Thread &5 failed to initialize.
2 - A key to associate thread &5 with thread memory could not be created.
3 - A key to associate thread &5 with thread memory could not be set.
4 - An error occurred mapping to statement handle &6 in thread &5.
Recovery . . . : Retry the operation. If the error persists, restart your server using ENDTCPSVR *DIRSRV and STRTCPSVR *DIRSRV and retry the operation.
If the problem continues to occur, contact your service representative.
