A severe error occurred with reason code &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server could not perform the requested operation because a severe occurred.
Reason codes are as follows:
1 - An internal structure was corrupt.
2 - A mutex lock or unlock operation failed.
Recovery . . . : Retry the operation. If the error persists, restart your server and retry the operation.
If the problem continues to occur, contact your service representative.
