Operation cannot be performed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server could not perform the operation requested for the entry with distinguished name (dn) &4. The server received message &5 from the user profile operation used to perform the directory operation. The operation was attempted using the authority and privileges of user profile &6.
Recovery . . . : Display the message received using the command DSPMSGD RANGE(&5) MSGF(QCPFMSG) on a command line, perform the recovery indicated, and try the request again.
