Failed to redefine attribute &1 as non-unique.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The server failed to redefine attribute &1 as non-unique because it failed to drop the unique constraint for the attribute. This problem could be due to the constraint not being defined or could be caused by an internal error. If the constraint still exists, attribute &1 will continue to require unique values until the problem is resolved.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
