Encryption setting for encrypted attribute '&1' cannot be changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If the attribute was previously specified to be encrypted, it cannot be changed to unencrypted unless there is no encrypted data in the directory for this attribute.
Recovery . . . : All data for this attribute must be removed from the directory in order to change the encryption setting. To remove the data, export it to an LDIF file by using db2ldif with the new encryption setting if the previous encryption setting was a type that can be decrypted. Then, the data can be deleted from the directory, the schema can be modified, and the data can be added from the LDIF file.
