Creation of surrogate entry '&1' on partial replica '&2' port &3 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This master server was attempting to create a new entry on the specified partial replica and the parent entry was missing probably because the replication filter eliminated it completely. The server attempted to create a surrogate entry to take the place of the missing parent, but this operation failed.
Recovery . . . : If the entry is not present on the target server and is still required for child entries, you must manually create the entry on the servers to proceed.
