Cause . . . . . : The directory server instance repository could not be read. The directory server instance repository must be readable.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the directory server instance repository location exists and that you have permission to read the file. The file is most likely not readable because you do not have permission to read the file or the location where the directory server instance repository is located.
