Unable to run the command on directory server instance &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to run the command on the directory instance and its state could not be determined.
Recovery . . . : This error most likely occurred because you do not have sufficient access to check the status of the server. Verify that you have read access for the server's slapd.pid file.
