Cause . . . . . : The directory server cannot perform the operation in the server's current state (for example, the server has been quiesced), or the operation is not allowed within the part of the directory tree accessed, or the operation is not allowed with the combination of parameters and values supplied.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This is the description for return code LDAP_UNWILLING_TO_PERFORM (X'35').
