Highly available HTTP server failed to start. Bindspecific directive configuration error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The server cannot start with HAModel specified in the configuration and with bindspecific set to off. Either the HAModel directive must be removed or bindspecific must be turned on and the hostname directive must be specified.
Recovery . . . : Remove HAModel from the configuration or set bindspecific to on and specify hostname.
